In short
What this covers
Twenty-four-hour nursing care is arranged after a formal assessment, which sets the care plan, the professionals required and the shift pattern.
Cover is provided by a rostered team. Each shift hands over the record and the current clinical picture to the next.
Who this is for
- People who need continuous nursing cover at home
- Families arranging care after a hospital discharge
- People whose care plan requires cover through the night
- Households coordinating a rostered team rather than one carer
What is included
- 01
Rostered shift cover
Cover is provided by a rostered team working shifts, not one professional on duty for 24 hours.
- 02
Structured handover
Each shift hands over the record and the current clinical picture to the next.
- 03
Care plan and review
The formal assessment sets the care plan, the professionals required and the shift pattern.
- 04
Escalation
Staff work to documented escalation procedures and coordinate transfer where one is needed.
What it costs
Indicative fees
The care
Quoted after the assessment
Fees depend on the care needed and the hours, so we quote once we have assessed them.
The home assessment
₦35,000
A care coordinator visits once, before any care begins, to understand the needs and the home and agree the care plan with you. It is separate from the price of the care itself.
Step by step
How this works
1The home assessment
An assessor reviews the person’s needs, home, routines and risks, then confirms the care plan, professionals and hours required.
2Shifts, handover and supervision
A rostered team covers the agreed hours, records each shift and gives a structured handover to the next professional.
3What can be delivered at home
Care is delivered at home only when the assessment, professional scope and home environment make it safe and appropriate.
4Medication
A nurse can administer prescribed medicines and maintain the medication record within the agreed care plan and professional scope.
5What is recorded during care
Managed care is recorded against the care plan and reviewed when needs, risks or circumstances change.
6How our professionals are vetted
We check identity, qualifications, registration where required, references and competency before deployment.
7Escalation and the emergency boundary
Staff follow a documented escalation process, but emergencies must go directly to the emergency services.
8How pricing works
The assessment is fixed-price; defined services use published prices, live-in care has a from price, and other ongoing and package care is quoted after assessment.
9Where we work
We confirm professional availability and a safe start date in Lagos, Abuja/FCT, Ogun or Ibadan/Oyo after reviewing the request.
