      Washes hands, and asks how they have been.

      Vital signs

      Blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and blood sugar where needed.

    3. 10:25

      Medicines and treatment

      Medicines, injections or IV therapy, as prescribed.

    4. 10:45

      Wound care

      Dressings changed and healing checked.

      Before leaving

      Readings recorded and anything to watch passed on to you.
