    In short

    The short answer

Caregiver cost in Lagos depends on the support required, number of hours, shift pattern, location, duration and whether the arrangement is ongoing or live-in. Medic Connect publishes defined items such as four-hour companion care, and live-in caregivers start from ₦300,000 a month, while other ongoing and package care is quoted after the ₦35,000 formal assessment.

    What to check

    • Define the personal-care and daily-living duties required.
    • Confirm hours, overnight coverage and the number of staff needed.
    • Compare the full quoted arrangement rather than an unsupported worker rate.

    Step by step

    How this works

    1. 1The home assessment

An assessor reviews the person’s needs, home, routines and risks, then confirms the care plan, professionals and hours required.

    2. 2How pricing works

The assessment is fixed-price; defined services use published prices, live-in care has a from price, and other ongoing and package care is quoted after assessment.

    3. 3Where we work

We confirm professional availability and a safe start date in Lagos, Abuja/FCT, Ogun or Ibadan/Oyo after reviewing the request.

    4. 4Shifts, handover and supervision

A rostered team covers the agreed hours, records each shift and gives a structured handover to the next professional.
