    In short

    What to arrange

Plan the journey around the mother’s and baby’s medical advice, then arrange suitable accommodation, transport, postnatal care, feeding or night support, appointments and practical household help. Medic Connect can coordinate selected elements or a managed postpartum arrangement.

    What to check

    • Confirm travel readiness with the treating maternity team.
    • Separate clinical postnatal needs from childcare and household help.
    • Book local appointments, transport and supplies before arrival.

    What it costs

    Indicative fees

A guide to what care typically costs. Your fee is confirmed in the care plan agreed after the assessment.

    Care, by way of example

    • Postnatal mother and baby visit

      from₦30,000

    One-off, before care starts

    The home assessment

    ₦35,000

A care coordinator visits once, before any care begins, to understand the needs and the home and agree the care plan with you. It is separate from the price of the care itself.

    Step by step

    How this works

    1. 1Postnatal care and Omugwo

The assessment separates clinical mother-and-baby care from broader Omugwo, night, meal and household support.

    2. 2Coordinating care from abroad

With authorisation, Medic Connect coordinates local care, appointments, updates and practical arrangements for families living abroad.

    3. 3The home assessment

An assessor reviews the person’s needs, home, routines and risks, then confirms the care plan, professionals and hours required.

    4. 4How pricing works

The assessment is fixed-price; defined services use published prices, live-in care has a from price, and other ongoing and package care is quoted after assessment.
