    One-off, before care starts

    ₦35,000

A care coordinator visits once, before any care begins, to understand the needs and the home and agree the care plan with you. It is separate from the price of the care itself.

    Step by step

    How this works

    1. 1How event cover is scoped

We assess the event risks, agree the team and equipment, provide on-site first response and coordinate transfer when required.

    2. 2Shifts, handover and supervision

A rostered team covers the agreed hours, records each shift and gives a structured handover to the next professional.

    3. 3How our professionals are vetted

We check identity, qualifications, registration where required, references and competency before deployment.

    4. 4Escalation and the emergency boundary

Staff follow a documented escalation process, but emergencies must go directly to the emergency services.

    5. 5How pricing works

The assessment is fixed-price; defined services use published prices, live-in care has a from price, and other ongoing and package care is quoted after assessment.

    6. 6Where we work

We confirm professional availability and a safe start date in Lagos, Abuja/FCT, Ogun or Ibadan/Oyo after reviewing the request.

If it is an emergency, do not message us first.Call 112 or Lagos State emergency 767. Then tell your Medic Connect coordinator.
