The nurse administers within professional scope, documents the treatment and follows the agreed escalation plan; Medic Connect does not prescribe the medicine.

    A care coordinator visits once, before any care begins, to understand the needs and the home and agree the care plan with you. It is separate from the price of the care itself.

      Staff follow a documented escalation process, but emergencies must go directly to the emergency services.

      A nurse can administer prescribed medicines and maintain the medication record within the agreed care plan and professional scope.
