    Quoted after the assessment

Fees depend on the care needed and the hours, so we quote once we have assessed them.

    One-off, before care starts

    The home assessment

    ₦35,000

A care coordinator visits once, before any care begins, to understand the needs and the home and agree the care plan with you. It is separate from the price of the care itself.

    Step by step

    How this works

    1. 1What can be delivered at home

Care is delivered at home only when the assessment, professional scope and home environment make it safe and appropriate.

    2. 2Medication

A nurse can administer prescribed medicines and maintain the medication record within the agreed care plan and professional scope.

    3. 3What is recorded during care

Managed care is recorded against the care plan and reviewed when needs, risks or circumstances change.

    4. 4The home assessment

An assessor reviews the person’s needs, home, routines and risks, then confirms the care plan, professionals and hours required.

    5. 5How our professionals are vetted

We check identity, qualifications, registration where required, references and competency before deployment.

    6. 6Escalation and the emergency boundary

Staff follow a documented escalation process, but emergencies must go directly to the emergency services.

    7. 7How pricing works

The assessment is fixed-price; defined services use published prices, live-in care has a from price, and other ongoing and package care is quoted after assessment.

    8. 8Where we work

We confirm professional availability and a safe start date in Lagos, Abuja/FCT, Ogun or Ibadan/Oyo after reviewing the request.

If it is an emergency, do not message us first.Call 112 or Lagos State emergency 767. Then tell your Medic Connect coordinator.
